Venue Rental Includes

  • Prep Kitchen onsite with Ice machine

  • Wheelchair accessable venue: restrooms, ceremony, reception, the suites, and parking areas.

  • Trash Removal - Please place trash in the bin, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Easy access from Highway 195 - you can see us from the road! Plus we place a sign at the main turn down Wawawai to help guide guests.

  • Ample Parking Lot- lit at night, with room for 100 vehicles. Vehicles are allow to stay overnight for safety- and picked by 11am the following day.

  • Red Barn Farms’ team member onsite to assist with the facility and any questions you have.

Please Note

We require a $1m event insurance policy that includes host liquor liability. We have made this easy for you to obtain through Event Helper that is setup with the specific policy and language you need to host your wedding here. Approximate cost - $125.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted pricing/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)

Red Barn Farms has no hidden fees. We offer optional items for an additional cost. You can find the list and prices clearly on your contract (these items are completely optional and not required to purchase through us).

Washington charges a 7.9% sales tax on our optional items.
